Providing help. Creating hope.

HIV/AIDS community centers and housing program offer support services

Catholic Charities has two HIV/AIDS community centers and a housing program. The agencies provide support services for the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of individuals in a compassionate, non-judgmental way. Drop-in services include a food pantry, clothing, and a laundry and shower facility. Other services offered are pastoral counseling, spiritual support, crisis intervention, information referral and assessment, assistance to apply for benefits, help finding housing or employment, comprehensive case management, HIV/AIDS information, screening and testing counseling, limited emergency financial assistance and holiday meals.

Casa San Jose is a residential facility that provides services to individuals who are clients of Bethesda House. Adult assisted living is offered to clients who are at risk of being homeless along with case management that guides them to obtain optimal living through employment and life skills training.
