Local emergency management offices

Persons with special needs must register with the county’s Emergency Management Office (EMO) each year to qualify for assistance with evacuation and assistance throughout a disaster with shelter and basic necessities. It is suggested that each parish in the diocese identify, locate and assist those who have a special need to ensure they are properly registered. To obtain a required form to register with a local Emergency Management Office call one of the appropriate offices below.
