Venetian Ball Patron Party
Lee County supporters kick off fundraiser
Fort Myers—A Patron Party was held on January 27 to honor the generous donors of the upcoming Venetian Charity Ball which benefits Catholic Charities of Lee County. Dr. and Mrs. Tom Carrasquillo of North Fort Myers held the event at their spacious, Spanish-style home.
Bishop
Frank J. Dewane was the special guest and thanked patrons and
volunteers for making the gala a social and financial success. This
year is the 11th Annual Venetian Charity Ball. The event
will celebrate the 25th Silver Anniversary of Catholic
Charities serving the needy in Lee County.
The gala will be held Saturday, February 27 at 6 p.m. at the Harborside Event Center in downtown Fort Myers. Bishop Dewane will be the guest of honor and past Venetian Ball Honorees will be in attendance for the anniversary. A cocktail hour, live auction, extravagant raffles, dinner and dancing to the Paul Vesco Orchestra will be featured. Tickets are $150. For more information call 239-334-4007.
