Refugee work program assists with job search

 

Naples--Haitian asylee Rachelle Jean-Louis came to Family Resource Center of Catholic Charities to enroll in the Refugee Employed and Productive Career Laddering Program.

 

Several months after her admittance in the program, she secured a job at Physician Led Access Network of Collier County where she has full benefits and a promising career. "Rachelle is a gracious, outgoing young woman who now walks confidently knowing that she can provide for her family and that she doesn't have to scramble working odd jobs," said Program Director Allegra Belliard.

 

Thanks to your support of Catholic Charities, Rachelle received vocational guidance, translation services and resume assistance which helped her exhibit her professional talents.
