Catholic Charities Employability Status Assistance Program in Naples is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The job candidate should have two years of college and/or three years related experience, good communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Spanish, knowledge of Microsoft applications and accurate spelling and word processing skills. Job duties include responsibility for administrative support to immigration program staff and,  reception services. Catholic Charities, Diocese of Venice, Inc. is looking for a Chief Operating Officer. The job candidate should have a master’s degree in education, business administration, public administration, social services or related field with at least five years of successful administration experience and proven track record with social service programs. Job duties include working with the President/CEO in administering the organization’s programs and general operations; responsible for specific, multiple aspects of the organization’s operation; directly supervises six senior managers; fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the agency; and have the ability to travel throughout 10 counties with their own vehicle. Catholic Charities Refugee Youth and Family Program in Naples is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The job candidate should have a high school degree with a college degree preferred. The job candidate should have three years of experience working in a human service environment, the ability to communicate with people of all levels, and experience in all Microsoft applications. Bilingual English/Spanish skills will be given priority for this position. Job duties include responsibility for administrative support to program staff, reception duties, assist in the intake process, provide basic information to potential program participants, and produce brochures, flyers and newsletters. Catholic Charities Refugee Youth and Family Program in Naples is looking for a Caseworker. The job candidate should have bachelor's degree in education, human services, or related field. A high school diploma will be considered with a minimum of 1-2 years experience with the target population and/or experience in working with the local school system. Bi-lingual skills in English/Spanish and/or Creole is needed. Job duties include responsibility for the provision of refugee youth and family intakes, assessments, academic/career support services, cultural/recreational services, educational support programs, and case management to help at-risk refugee youth and families achieve success in their adjustment to living in the United States . This includes advocacy with the school system and coordination services. The job candidate also will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of the on-site tutoring center.
